 e from 4 PM to 6 PM on July 22nd.   We encourage preview 
 of all items! PICK UP ITEMS WILL BE JULY 30TH FROM 10AM TO 6
 PM AT 3120 N CASALOMA DRIVE IN APPLETON.  Items must be pic
 ked up by 6 pm!  No Shows will be charged to credit card on
  file plus the $20.00 fee and you will be blocked from futur
 e auctions per our terms and conditions. Online Auction Term

 CING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEG
 AL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, IN
 C.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer 
 premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buye
 r’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a
  3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. A
 ll items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faul
 ts.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It
  is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, ag
 e\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. AL
 L SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All
  items must be paid for prior to removing them from the prem
 ises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date
  listed. Shipping is not available. There will be no help a
 vailable for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to l
 oad your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of t
 ime. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup time
 s. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on
  file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor
  Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30
  days of auction close are considered forfeited and become p
 roperty of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIV
 EN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of P
 ick up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds will be 
 a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid fo
 r before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoi
 ce which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will
  be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed
  on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When y
 ou place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automatic
 ally go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid
  up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders
  place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can b
 id against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at th
 e time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending
  on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto
  extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until al
 l bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed with
 in the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s)
  will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2Â
  minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot wil
 l be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowled
 ges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the
  auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged
  bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder ha
 d any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condi
 tion\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal
  inspection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or
  otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. 
 If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspec
 t\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, qu
 ality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute gro
 und for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the co
 ntract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer
  may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lo
 t that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of 
 a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT co
 nstitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be 
 relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for 
 sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these w
 ritten terms. h. These written terms constitute the final ex
 pression of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclus
 ive statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The 
 IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PART
 ICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED O
 R IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for 
 sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the merchandise
