 P. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to 
 the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the ite
 m is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all c
 redit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is
 \, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible
  for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibili
 ty to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any ot
 her determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits 
 or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior t
 o removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is in 
 charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not avail
 able. There will be no help available for loading. Please br
 ing your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots
  will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up
  during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will
  be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to
  transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office.
  Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are cons
 idered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction G
 roup. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card 
 are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for 
 non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All 
 merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed
  from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end
  of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default th
 e bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group au
 ctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current 
 bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The co
 mputer will automatically bid up to your max in the incremen
 ts specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of
  a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auc
 tion will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4
 -8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This aucti
 on has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the au
 ction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied
 . If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the ite
 ms closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until
  the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditi
 onally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL
  FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were availabl
 e for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, a
 uctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect ea
 ch lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine the
  lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bid
 der relied solely on personal inspection and not on informat
 ion listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctione
 er\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect an
 y lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully inform
 ed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and
  size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, 
 refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to 
 close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements 
 about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder 
 and which is the subject of a contact for sale with seller.
  f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind
  by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are 
 NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract fo
 r sale is embodied in these written terms. h. These written 
 terms constitute the final expression of the parties' agreem
 ent and a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of t
 he contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTA
 BILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER W
 ARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXC
 LUDED from this contract for sale and transaction and shall 
 NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject of this sale. O
