 EAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON 
 ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT
  WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCT
 ION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax a
 dded to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if
  the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee f
 or all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold 
 “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is res
 ponsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s resp
 onsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value o
 r any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No 
 credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for
  prior to removing them from the premises. The winning bidde
 r is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is n
 ot available. There will be no help available for loading. P
 lease bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auct
 ion lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be p
 icked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked
  up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM o
 f $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business
  office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close 
 are considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor A
 uction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Cred
 it Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned ch
 eck for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMEN
 T: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are
  removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by
  the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon de
 fault the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction 
 Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the 
 current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid
 . The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the 
 increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the 
 event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve.
  The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the r
 ate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, Th
 is auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, meanin
 g the auction will not close until all bidding parties are s
 atisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of
  the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minut
 es until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties u
 nconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "
 WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were 
 available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these 
 terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully in
 spect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to deter
 mine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size
 . c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not on 
 information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by 
 Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to ins
 pect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be full
 y informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quant
 ity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adju
 stment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or ref
 usal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral sta
 tements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by
  bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale with
  seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of 
 any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, 
 and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire con
 tract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. These 
 written terms constitute the final expression of the parties
 ' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of the te
 rms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF M
 ERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL
  OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFIC
 ALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transaction an
