 HE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR 
 SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There 
 will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final
  bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxa
 ble. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/deb
 it card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where i
 s" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for exam
 ining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to det
 ermine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other deter
 minative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refund
 s will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removin
 g them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of
  pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. The
 re will be no help available for loading. Please bring your 
 own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not
  be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during s
 cheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charg
 ed to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transpor
 t back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any item
 s remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered fo
 rfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO
  REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accep
 ted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non suffi
 cient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandi
 se "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the
  premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the s
 cheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder 
 will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. B
 IDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price
  doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer wi
 ll automatically bid up to your max in the increments specif
 ied as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot wi
 th reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will
  begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots 
 per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has wh
 at is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction wil
 l not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any 
 bids are placed within the last  minute of the items closin
 g\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item
  has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally ag
 ree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS."
  b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for ins
 pection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer
  strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in
  which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's na
 ture\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relie
 d solely on personal inspection and not on information liste
 d in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its s
 taff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, th
 is failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to 
 the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size wil
 l not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, t
 ermination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the
  sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the
  merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which
  is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such 
 statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the s
 eller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part 
 fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is
  embodied in these written terms. h. These written terms con
 stitute the final expression of the parties' agreement and a
  complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the contra
 ct for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AN
 D FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
 \, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED fro
