  ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONT
 RACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR 
 AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales t
 ax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxabl
 e if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience f
 ee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be so
 ld “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is
  responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s 
 responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, val
 ue or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Â
  No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid
  for prior to removing them from the premises. The winning b
 idder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping 
 is not available. There will be no help available for loadin
 g. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; 
 auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to 
 be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not pi
 cked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMU
 M of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group busi
 ness office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction cl
 ose are considered forfeited and become property of O’Conn
 or Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or 
 Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returne
 d check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PA
 YMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items
  are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not pai
 d by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upo
 n default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auct
 ion Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid 
 the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max
  bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in 
 the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, in 
 the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the rese
 rve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at t
 he rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction
 \, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\, me
 aning the auction will not close until all bidding parties a
 re satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  minut
 e of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 m
 inutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parti
 es unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" a
 nd "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots w
 ere available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by th
 ese terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefull
 y inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to d
 etermine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and 
 size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and not
  on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided
  by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to
  inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be 
 fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, q
 uantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, 
 adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or
  refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral
  statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchase
 d by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sale 
 with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties
  of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidd
 er\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire
  contract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. Th
 ese written terms constitute the final expression of the par
 ties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of th
 e terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
 OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND
  ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPEC
 IFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transactio
 n and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject of
