  PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDD
 ER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES A
 ND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be
  a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid pr
 ice. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. Th
 ere will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card
  purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and 
 with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining a
 ll items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine 
 condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinativ
 e factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will 
 be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them 
 from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick u
 p on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will
  be no help available for loading. Please bring your own box
 es/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be box
 ed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during schedule
 d pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to c
 redit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back 
 to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remai
 ning after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited
  and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUND
 S WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at 
 the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient f
 unds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUS
 T" be paid for before the items are removed from the premis
 es. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the schedule
 d pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be
  black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING 
 INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesnâ
 €™t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will auto
 matically bid up to your max in the increments specified as 
 other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with rese
 rve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin 
 closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per min
 ute depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is c
 alled an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not c
 lose until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids ar
 e placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the 
 bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sa
 t idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a.
  Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bid
 der acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection
  prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strong
 ly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which 
 the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, q
 uality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solel
 y on personal inspection and not on information listed in th
 e catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, o
 r seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this fail
 ure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot
 's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not c
 onstitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, terminat
 ion of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. 
 e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the mercha
 ndise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the
  subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such stateme
 nts do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, 
 shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the 
 contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodi
 ed in these written terms. h. These written terms constitute
  the final expression of the parties' agreement and a comple
 te and exclusive statement of the terms of the contract for 
 sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNE
 SS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHE
 R EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this 
 contract for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the
