BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buy er premium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The b uyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will b e a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases . All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all f aults.  The bidder is responsible for examining all items.  It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them from the p remises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the d ate listed. Shipping is not available. Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup t imes. Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Con nor Auction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and becom e property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time o f Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from the premises. Any in voice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup w ill be in default. Upon default the bidder will be black lis ted on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: Whe n you place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automa tically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidd ers place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it ca n bid against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depend ing on size of auction\, This auction has what is called an a uto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed w ithin the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot (s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknow ledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encoura ged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, co ndition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on perso nal inspection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to ins pect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auction eer may have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the subject  of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract f or sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in thes e written terms. h.
