 5 PM.  ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 5 PM. PLEASE WATCH HERE F
 OR ANY CHANGES BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER! If you fail to pick 
 up during the scheduled time/day\, a $20.00 fee will be added
  to your invoice\, the card on file will be charged and you w
 ill be restricted from future auctions per our Terms and Con

 EM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH 
 O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GR
 OUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added t
 o the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the i
 tem is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all
  credit/debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as 
 is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsib
 le for examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibi
 lity to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any 
 other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credit
 s or refunds will be given. All items must be paid for prior
  to removing them from the premises. The winning bidder is i
 n charge of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not ava
 ilable. There will be no help available for loading. Please 
 bring your own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lo
 ts will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked 
 up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up wi
 ll be charged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 
 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business offic
 e. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are co
 nsidered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction
  Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Car
 d are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check fo
 r non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: Al
 l merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the items are remov
 ed from the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the e
 nd of the scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default 
 the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group 
 auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the curren
 t bid price doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The 
 computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increm
 ents specified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event 
 of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The a
 uction will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of
  4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auc
 tion has what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the 
 auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfi
 ed. If any bids are placed within the last  minute of the i
 tems closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes unt
 il the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties uncondi
 tionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH A
 LL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were availa
 ble for inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\,
  auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect 
 each lot in which the bidder had any interest to determine t
 he lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. B
 idder relied solely on personal inspection and not on inform
 ation listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctio
 neer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect 
 any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully info
 rmed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, a
 nd size will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment
 \, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal t
 o close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statement
 s about the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidde
 r and which is the subject of a contact for sale with selle
 r. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warranties of any ki
 nd by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and ar
 e NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract 
 for sale is embodied in these written terms. h. These writte
 n terms constitute the final expression of the parties' agre
 ement and a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of
  the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHAN
 TABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER
  WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY E
 XCLUDED from this contract for sale and transaction and shal
 l NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject of this sale.
