  ITEMS! Pick up Items will be November 12th from 10 AM to 
 5 PM at W12799 County Road M\, Caroline.  Items MUST be pick
 ed up by 5 PM. If you fail to pick up your items\,  A No Sho
 w fee will be added to all invoices and charged to the card 
 on file.  You will be banned from future auctions as well.

 LEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDD
 ING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING C
 ONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONN
 OR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer premium and sale
 s tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is tax
 able if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenienc
 e fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All items will be
  sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.  The bidder
  is responsible for examining all items. It is the Bidderâ€
 ™s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, 
 value or any other determinative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINA
 L. No credits or refunds will be given. All items must be p
 aid for prior to removing them from the premises. The winnin
 g bidder is in charge of pick up on the date listed. Shippi
 ng is not available. There will be no help available for loa
 ding. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load your items i
 n\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time. Items need 
 to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. Any items not
  picked up will be charged to credit card on file and a MIN
 IMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group b
 usiness office. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction
  close are considered forfeited and become property of O’C
 onnor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check 
 or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick up.  A retu
 rned check for non sufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00.
  PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for before the it
 ems are removed from the premises. Any invoice which is not 
 paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be in default. 
 Upon default the bidder will be black listed on O’Connor A
 uction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max b
 id the current bid price doesn’t automatically go to your 
 max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max 
 in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or\, 
 in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid against the r
 eserve. The auction will begin closing at the time listed\, a
 t the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on size of auct
 ion\, This auction has what is called an auto extend feature\,
  meaning the auction will not close until all bidding partie
 s are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last  mi
 nute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2
  minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The pa
 rties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS
 " and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lot
 s were available for inspection prior to the auction and\, by
  these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bidder to caref
 ully inspect each lot in which the bidder had any interest t
 o determine the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity a
 nd size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal inspection and 
 not on information listed in the catalog\, or otherwise provi
 ded by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed
  to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise 
 be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition
 \, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground for any clai
 m\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contract for sale\,
  or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made o
 ral statements about the merchandise in a lot that was purch
 ased by bidder and which is the subject of a contact for sa
 le with seller. f. Such statements do NOT constitute warrant
 ies of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by b
 idder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sale. g. The ent
 ire contract for sale is embodied in these written terms. h.
  These written terms constitute the final expression of the 
 parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of
  the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTI
 ES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, 
 AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE S
 PECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this contract for sale and transac
 tion and shall NOT apply to the merchandise that is subject
