 f you fail to pick up your items.  Please plan accordingly.

 S THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONN
 OR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. The
 re will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the fi
 nal bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is t
 axable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/
 debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, wher
 e is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for e
 xamining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to 
 determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other de
 terminative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or ref
 unds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to remo
 ving them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charge
  of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available. 
 There will be no help available for loading. Please bring yo
 ur own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will 
 not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up durin
 g scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be ch
 arged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to trans
 port back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any i
 tems remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered
  forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group.Â
  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are ac
 cepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non su
 fficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All mercha
 ndise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from 
 the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of th
 e scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidd
 er will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions
 . BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid pr
 ice doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The computer
  will automatically bid up to your max in the increments spe
 cified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot
  with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction w
 ill begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lo
 ts per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction has
  what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction 
 will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If a
 ny bids are placed within the last  minute of the items clo
 sing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the i
 tem has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally
  agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULT
 S." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for 
 inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auction
 eer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot
  in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot's
  nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder re
 lied solely on personal inspection and not on information li
 sted in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, it
 s staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\,
  this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as 
 to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size 
 will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund
 \, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close 
 the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about 
 the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and wh
 ich is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Su
 ch statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by th
 e seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT pa
 rt fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale
  is embodied in these written terms. h. These written terms 
 constitute the final expression of the parties' agreement an
 d a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the con
 tract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANT
 IES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED 
 from this contract for sale and transaction and shall NOT ap
