 RS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CON
 NOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. Th
 ere will be a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the f
 inal bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is 
 taxable. There will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit
 /debit card purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, whe
 re is" and with all faults.  The bidder is responsible for 
 examining all items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to
  determine condition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other d
 eterminative factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or re
 funds will be given. All items must be paid for prior to rem
 oving them from the premises. The winning bidder is in charg
 e of pick up on the date listed. Shipping is not available.
  There will be no help available for loading. Please bring y
 our own boxes/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will
  not be boxed ahead of time. Items need to be picked up duri
 ng scheduled pickup times. Any items not picked up will be c
 harged to credit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to tran
 sport back to O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any 
 items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considere
 d forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auction Group.
  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are a
 ccepted at the time of Pick up.  A returned check for non s
 ufficient funds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merch
 andise "MUST" be paid for before the items are removed from
  the premises. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of t
 he scheduled pickup will be in default. Upon default the bid
 der will be black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auction
 s. BIDDING INFO: When you place a max bid the current bid p
 rice doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. The compute
 r will automatically bid up to your max in the increments sp
 ecified as other bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lo
 t with reserve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction 
 will begin closing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 l
 ots per minute depending on size of auction\, This auction ha
 s what is called an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction
  will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If 
 any bids are placed within the last  minute of the items cl
 osing\, the bid on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the 
 item has sat idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionall
 y agree: a. Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAUL
 TS." b. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for
  inspection prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctio
 neer strongly encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lo
 t in which the bidder had any interest to determine the lot'
 s nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder r
 elied solely on personal inspection and not on information l
 isted in the catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, i
 ts staff\, or seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot
 \, this failure to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as
  to the lot's nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size
  will not constitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refun
 d\, termination of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close
  the sale. e. Auctioneer may have made oral statements about
  the merchandise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and w
 hich is the subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. S
 uch statements do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by t
 he seller\, shall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT p
 art fo the contract for sale. g. The entire contract for sal
 e is embodied in these written terms. h. These written terms
  constitute the final expression of the parties' agreement a
 nd a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the co
 ntract for sale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILIT
 Y AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRAN
 TIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED
  from this contract for sale and transaction and shall NOT a
