 G A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDER INTO A LEGAL 
 AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AND REALTY\, INC.\,
  dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be a 10% buyer pre
 mium and sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyerâ€
 ™s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There will be a 3.
 5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases. All 
 items will be sold “as is\, where is" and with all faults.
   The bidder is responsible for examining all items. It is
  the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, 
 genuineness\, value or any other determinative factor. ALL S
 ALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. All it
 ems must be paid for prior to removing them from the premise
 s. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up on the date li
 sted. Shipping is not available. There will be no help avai
 lable for loading. Please bring your own boxes/totes to load
  your items in\; auction lots will not be boxed ahead of time
 . Items need to be picked up during scheduled pickup times. 
 Any items not picked up will be charged to credit card on fi
 le and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back to O’Connor Au
 ction Group business office. Any items remaining after 30 da
 ys of auction close are considered forfeited and become prop
 erty of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
  Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at the time of Pick
  up.  A returned check for non sufficient funds will be a f
 ee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for 
 before the items are removed from the premises. Any invoice 
 which is not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup will be
  in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on
  O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING INFO: When you 
 place a max bid the current bid price doesn’t automaticall
 y go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up
  to your max in the increments specified as other bidders pl
 ace bids or\, in the event of a lot with reserve\, it can bid 
 against the reserve. The auction will begin closing at the t
 ime listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minute depending on
  size of auction\, This auction has what is called an auto ex
 tend feature\, meaning the auction will not close until all b
 idding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within 
 the last  minute of the items closing\, the bid on lot(s) wi
 ll reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat idle for 2 mi
 nutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. Each lot will b
 e sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidder acknowledges
  that all lots were available for inspection prior to the au
 ction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongly encouraged bi
 dder to carefully inspect each lot in which the bidder had a
 ny interest to determine the lot's nature\, quality\, conditio
 n\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely on personal in
 spection and not on information listed in the catalog\, or ot
 herwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or seller. d. If 
 bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failure to inspect\, 
 or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot's nature\, quali
 ty\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not constitute ground
  for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, termination of the contr
 act for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e. Auctioneer ma
 y have made oral statements about the merchandise in a lot t
 hat was purchased by bidder and which is the subject of a c
 ontact for sale with seller. f. Such statements do NOT const
 itute warranties of any kind by the seller\, shall NOT be rel
 ied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the contract for sal
 e. g. The entire contract for sale is embodied in these writ
 ten terms. h. These written terms constitute the final expre
 ssion of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive
  statement of the terms of the contract for sale. i. The IMP
 LIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICU
 LAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER EXPRESSED OR I
