 PRIOR TO PLACING A BID. BIDDING ON ANY ITEM ENTERS THE BIDDE
 R INTO A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH O’CONNOR SALES AN
 D REALTY\, INC.\, dba O’CONNOR AUCTION GROUP. There will be 
 a 10% buyer premium and sales tax added to the final bid pri
 ce. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. The
 re will be a 3.5% convenience fee for all credit/debit card 
 purchases. All items will be sold “as is\, where is" and w
 ith all faults.  The bidder is responsible for examining al
 l items. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine c
 ondition\, age\, genuineness\, value or any other determinative
  factor. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will b
 e given. All items must be paid for prior to removing them f
 rom the premises. The winning bidder is in charge of pick up
  on the date listed. Shipping is not available. There will 
 be no help available for loading. Please bring your own boxe
 s/totes to load your items in\; auction lots will not be boxe
 d ahead of time. Items need to be picked up during scheduled
  pickup times. Any items not picked up will be charged to cr
 edit card on file and a MINIMUM of $20 to transport back t
 o O’Connor Auction Group business office. Any items remain
 ing after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited 
 and become property of O’Connor Auction Group. NO REFUNDS
  WILL BE GIVEN. Cash\, Check or Credit Card are accepted at t
 he time of Pick up.  A returned check for non sufficient fu
 nds will be a fee of $30.00. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST
 " be paid for before the items are removed from the premise
 s. Any invoice which is not paid by the end of the scheduled
  pickup will be in default. Upon default the bidder will be 
 black listed on O’Connor Auction Group auctions. BIDDING I
 NFO: When you place a max bid the current bid price doesnâ€
 ™t automatically go to your max bid. The computer will autom
 atically bid up to your max in the increments specified as o
 ther bidders place bids or\, in the event of a lot with reser
 ve\, it can bid against the reserve. The auction will begin c
 losing at the time listed\, at the rate of 4-8 lots per minu
 te depending on size of auction\, This auction has what is ca
 lled an auto extend feature\, meaning the auction will not cl
 ose until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are
  placed within the last  minute of the items closing\, the b
 id on lot(s) will reset to 2 minutes until the item has sat
  idle for 2 minutes. The parties unconditionally agree: a. 
 Each lot will be sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." b. Bidd
 er acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection 
 prior to the auction and\, by these terms\, auctioneer strongl
 y encouraged bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which t
 he bidder had any interest to determine the lot's nature\, qu
 ality\, condition\, quantity and size. c. Bidder relied solely
  on personal inspection and not on information listed in the
  catalog\, or otherwise provided by Auctioneer\, its staff\, or
  seller. d. If bidder failed to inspect any lot\, this failu
 re to inspect\, or otherwise be fully informed as to the lot'
 s nature\, quality\, condition\, quantity\, and size will not co
 nstitute ground for any claim\, adjustment\, refund\, terminati
 on of the contract for sale\, or refusal to close the sale. e
 . Auctioneer may have made oral statements about the merchan
 dise in a lot that was purchased by bidder and which is the 
 subject of a contact for sale with seller. f. Such statemen
 ts do NOT constitute warranties of any kind by the seller\, s
 hall NOT be relied upon by bidder\, and are NOT part fo the c
 ontract for sale. g. The entire contract for sale is embodie
 d in these written terms. h. These written terms constitute 
 the final expression of the parties' agreement and a complet
 e and exclusive statement of the terms of the contract for s
 ale. i. The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNES
 S FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE\, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES\, EITHER
  EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED\, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from this c
 ontract for sale and transaction and shall NOT apply to the
