 me on the invoice must be the person picking up and paying.Â
   NO EXCEPTIONS! If a firearm is bid on by an individual who
  has already been denied through a background check previous
 ly\, the individual will be fully responsible for the payment
  of the firearm without receiving the purchase. Failure to c
 omply will result in termination on O'Connor Auction Group b
 idding platform.
