 is”. The bidder is responsible for examining all items. I
 t is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, a

 LL SALES ARE FINAL. No credits or refunds will be given. Al

 es. Any items not picked up will be charged a MINIMUM of $
 20 to transport back to O’Connor Auction Group business of
 fice. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are
  considered forfeited and become property of O’Connor Auct
