Here is your chance to buy a parcel of vacant land to build a mini warehouse for extra income or just need a property to build a storage building for your own personal use. This property is located between Shawano and Clintonville and approx. 2.5 miles from the Cloverleaf Lakes. Lots of rental potential! In total, Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 consist of approx 16 acres. The property is zoned Residential. There is a village well on the end of Well Street that is owned by the Village and is part of the Village water system. There is a wellhead protection ordinance that has been passed by the Village to protect this well from any contamination. Therefore, there are no septic systems or wells allowed on these parcels. This is referred to as the Ground Water Protection Overlay District. Even though the property is zoned Residential, there are many structures that are allowed by the zoning regulations. See the prohibited uses in Ordinance 1.01 on Village letterhead. To sum up this document, the structures that may have a high potential to contaminate the soil are prohibited.
