This auction has what's called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed on ANY of the lots in the last 10 minutes, the time on ALL lots will reset to 10 minutes, until ALL lots have sat idle for 10 minutes. Successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a purchase agreement within 48 hours of the close of the auction. $2,500 earnest money is due with the offer.
